I made a mistake. Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped out, we can modify or cancel your order.
If your order has already shipped out, we unfortunately are not be able to make any modifications. Please check our returns policy if you would like to return the product.
What is your Returns Policy?
We accept returns only when there is something wrong with the product, unfortunately due to our system limitation we currently do not offer exchanges for our products.
Product that fulfills all of the following conditions are eligible for returns:
1. Within 2 weeks of purchase
2. Product in brand new condition in original packaging
3. Product is approved by MiU to be returned
Refunds for returned items will be sent to the original method that you used to pay for your order, once the product is received and verified by our staff.
*Please consider that all the shipping expenses for returning the item remains the responsibility of the customer.
*If you decide not to return the item that you are unhappy with, we will give you a very special discount and a special customised design for your next purchase.
- Can I exchange my product for a different product?
I have received an incorrect/missing item(s), what should I do?
We sincerely apologize if you have received something different than what you have ordered, or your package contains a missing item.
While we always do our best to ensure our items are correctly sent, mistakes might still happen.
If this happened to you, contact us right away with your order number and at least 2 clear photos of the products you have received. This will be very helpful for us to determine the best way to take care of this and speed up the investigation process.
If your package contains missing items, please send us 2 clear photos of all items that you've received including the packaging for us to ensure that it was not tampered with.
Once approved for exchange, you may send us the product. After we have received the product we will exchange/refund you.
How will I be refunded and how long will it take to receive the refunded amount?
Refund will be issued once the returned product arrives at our facility and it is verified by our Quality Assurance Staff. Once it is verified we will immediately issue you a refund.
The refund will be issued to your original method of payment, and you should see this reflected in your account within 3-10 business days, depending on your financial institution, or 3-5 days if you paid via PayPal.
If you still do not see the refund on your statement after two weeks, please be sure to get in contact directly with your bank or with us and we will do our best to assist you.
